I have set spectre count to 40 for forged frostbearers, to simulate 8 spectres hitting with all 5 projectiles.

There is definitely more optimization that can be done, such as perfecting the current large cluster and grabbing a second one, I will probably not push this build any further and play around with some other spectres instead.
