Wanted to stun stuff with Heavy Strike reliably and it worked pretty well all the way through T16s and was even able to stun non-Uber pinnacles. I missed a few points of max fire res in the video, which are the masteries and soul of steel. Pretty fun build overall even if the damage is shit. The build is probably worth more than 5 divs (especially the 800 pdps mace) but I got some of the gear super cheap early on which may be inflated now to 10+ divs.
