Hi folks,

I found a Redblade with the mod 1% increased attack damage per 450 armour for Tectonic Slam. I also have a shield with 1% attack damage per 750 Armour. I was very intrigued by the idea so I levelled a character and winged it to lvl 93. The gear is negligible it was just to be functional and feel out the skill. The clear is lovely, single target and dps scaling not so much.

I'm really curious if this can work out, but I'm not sure how to properly scale it.

Should I ditch half the tree and go regular armour/aura scaling clusters?

Note: I manually wrote the two scaling mods in the config box because they don't work in PoB otherwise. When I manually add a reasonable armour and strength number, it doesn't seem to scale as much as I thought it would. I did confirm in-game that the two mods do in fact work, they stack with each other.

Any help is much appreciated. Before I dump a ton of currency - is this possible or just a dead idea?

Rough idea:

  • Jugg / endu charges

  • Armour for double % damage

  • Strength for Iron Will Battlemage Cry and Jugg attack speed scaling

  • Crit??
