Here is my final setup and build guide for the impale reap juggernaut. This character utilizes entropic devastation gloves to impale with physical spells in combination with sandstorm visage to ensure decent crit chance. Then for defenses it combines ultra tanky juggernaut with new eternal damnation amulet to make elemental damage a worry of the past. If that wasn't enough new uniques I decided to add one more with annihilations approach for permanent adrenaline in the build. Ultimately I like the boots but without our heavy investment into mitigation and regen they simply have a massive degen downside that is extremely hard to outheal. All in all the juggernaut stacks endurance charges and armour for massive tank along with hefty impale and crit scaling for damage to make a fairly complete package.
