Evening. It's been a pretty smooth transition from cold dot to vortex ignite in the mid game. I've got all my implicits set on boots and gloves. I'm 100 percent spell supressed.

I gotta level up (92 atm) but i'm getting my ass kicked in t16s

I think my issues lie with Block/Spell Block. I can't fit in temptest shield yet.

How to I get to block cap? I'm kind of at a lost on how to get there.
