I made my cold dot occultist
It is a pretty solid build. Which can easily farm most of the content. But I cannot complete ubers except uber shaper.
I have 89 all resistance(thanks to +2 cold max resistance from a relic)
90% physical resistance.
Damage is perfect for mapping. Even ok for 100% delirium. But it feels a bit slow on ubers.
Now, I am trying to find a way to improve my DPS without sacrificing survivability. And sadly, I am out of ideas now.
If someone has any suggestions for 50 divines budget I will be really happy to read them.
