Storm Burst and Decay are two of the weirder skills in Path of Exile. Together, they make a potent DPS machine, but can it become more than just a glass cannon? In this video, I'll briefly touch on how to get this character running, but I'll need your help to make it viable. This character is exactly what you need to make the reset of Settlers league more interesting.

I've tried mitigating damage via Lightning Coil, going for high armour, and the current strategy of Doppelganger's Guise, but nothing has made me feel more durable. Is sacrificing damage for armour the answer? Can Ynda's Stand and ward be a solution? Maybe switching to Trickster for energy shield recharge shenanigans, evasion, and spell suppress?
