im still a noob so can a smarter person improve this? if u have the time

in the upcoming patch notes lightning tendrils got buffed and guarantees crit every 3 pulses so i kinda want to combine it the new arcane surge ( grants cast speed instead of spell damage)

so it's kinda easier now to proc Elemental overload

it's a little clunky (2 buttons: hydropshere then lightning tendrils) and slow
