Because these are my favorite no regrets builds, aka those that will work in any case, no matter what the patch notes say, UNLESS GGG does something horrible and drastic (like remove Masteries 🙄🤷‍♂️ lol). So, it doesn't hurt you to prepare for the new league ahead of time...
