I had a few requests to update my Elemental Hit build for 3.21. I just returned from vacation last night so sorry to update it so last minute. Feel free to PM me any questions if I missed updating something or you get stuck, good luck!
Pro's:

Very gear independent/SSF viable (can craft an endgame quality bow for under 10 div - doesn't need 100s of synth beasts)

Excellent mapper due to chain+AoE and high movespeed (good heist also)

Much tankier than other bow builds due to high evasion and chill from skitterbots
-
Can obtain the required uniques from divination cards
-
Minimally impacted by the aura reservation nerfs
Con's:
-
Not a day 1-2 boss killer build, will require investment to do all endgame content (I've done everything but ubers on it)

Requires The Interrogation jewel (~4 div on day 1-2) for the extra elemental ailment scaling for EH

Mana is tight until you get more quality of life from -mana cost of attacks and enlighten, but it doesn't brick the build.

So fun you might not want to switch to something else
