Tectonic Slam of Cataclysm will consume all Endurance Charges each time you hit.
However, using General's Cry won't consume any charges but will still provide all the benefits of the charges.
I'm just making a few adjustments to my gear from the last video; it's not an optimized build for General's Cry.
