Divine Ire | Inquisitor | Crit and Block | Staff

HI, i am played the game year ago (3.12) i really liked the divine ire s builds. Now skill tree changed and i wonder if it is possible to do nice build using staff for block. I dont really like shields :p

It is probably bad so, please for some opinions what i did bad and what is no sense in this skill tree.

[ I set only staff in build in items cuz it scales with block from staves, to see right block stats ]
