The budget i used to craft the items from scratch in pob was around 600-700 Divines including the mageblood.

From self poison testing it seems that with the setup in the pob Divine Retribution hits around 17 times on average boss size. So maximum dps i suppose is around 34 mil dps but if you high roll measured retaliation this dps should be way above that, as i am able to phase Uber Sirus and Uber Exarch.

The build is a full block based with dissolution eternal youth petrified blood, so you can tank the most ridiculous stuff like Lycia T17 Titanic Legend however you also die to most random degen like... Ritual Cold Spinning Beam.

Build is visually fun nonetheless.
