Keep in mind this isn't an "end-game" build. Simply a start point. I also want to note that I messed up on my amulet and need to re-make a better one. Ideally, you want it to show 1% Increased Damage per 15 Dexterity, % Increased Attributes, and % Increased Dexterity. Keep in mind, Allocating Vengeant Cascade is a must. Since you'll be using life leech and have a high reservation of mana, -# to Total Mana Cost is also important.
