Final Final version, hopefully :)

I had a lot of fun making this build, one of the most fun builds I have made or played in any arpg actually.

The freedom of movement and mostly mitigated speed penalty while moving with keyboard feels perfect, and a fairly short cooldown blink to top it off, while building poison to pop the plague nova, cc or improve damage with vines, while staying near bosses to debuff with withering presence etc. I think this might be pretty close to the "meaningful combat" combo vision of poe2, though possibly a bit faster... :)
