summary: level 32 temp chains in gloves scaled by curse effect tattoos and temp chains curse effect. This reduces action speed along with 40% chill with 100% uptime. lastly ensnaring arrow provides 75% less movement speed making mob movement extremely slow. Void sphere pulses draw in mobs towards the center, making the mobs group up in a giant cluster. scaled by elementalist AOE and AOE gems for qol.

this is doable on any class but will be significantly easier on the top side of the tree if you want to scale curse effect. make sure to grab the cold mastery that chills a minimum of 10%
