2nd auto Vengeance build with Atziri's Disfavour axe, but this time heavy cold and big freezes, way fewer conditional things so in the end it is much more pleasant build. Herald of Thunder and Storm Secret automates Vengeance while Heatshiver helm provides a lot of damage against frozen enemies. Non-crit but using Precise Technique keystone.
