Sorry for no description. My daughter (who's 5 months) started crying and I ran from my desk without finishing.

Basically the build utilizes mind of the council and you max out Mana. Scion appears to be best option, but you could probably swing it with the right pathfinder tree. Couple the maximum Mana with agnostic and you get some insane life regen. The only downfall is that you lose indigon which allows you to get health of from Mana flasks.

The tree originally started out with me attempting to make an INT stacking HOWA build that uses mind of the council, but If I went that route I would have to drop the mind of council, which would piss me off.

I am not entirely sure how good this build would be with sustaining during boss fights with no adds given the great regen on kill.

It's a crap build that probably has potential in the right hands
