I'm using the term 'budget' as I'm using cheap alternatives to otherwise perfectly optimized character. No forbidden flesh/ashes/mageblood ect. In fact in seems that the most expensive parts of the build are the alternative gems (divergent inspiration) and two transcendent spirit jewels.

I haven't played an accuracy stacker before and the new juggernaut changes had me tinkering around in PoB.

The build sports:

• 60k armour + molten shell

• 9m DPS (no vaal warchief or shock)

• High elusive effect

• 650 life regen + leech

• Warp speed whirling blades (gotta go fast)

The downsides:

• Needs well rolled rare for chaos resistance

• Low duration divine blessing is annoying

• Gem pressure - requires unset rings for bloodrage or flame dash

• Tree pressure - The tree provides a lot power and every level is build enabling. I wouldn't transition to this build before 95.

Notes:

• Can slot in a Brass Dome instead of Dialla's Malefaction for more survivability.

• Can go Loreweave + Leaderships Price for a middle ground.

I would appreciate if anybody has done accuracy stacking before could share their thoughts and see if I missed anything. If not, I hope this will at least provide inspiration for better builds.
