I use Fractal Thoughts here because i cannot consistently freeze Ubers with Default Attack. Heatshiver is BiS in any other case though, Fractal Thoughts just does not compete with it if you can freeze stuff.

I get culling from weapon swapping to an Elder influenced Bow with Culling strike Suffix.
