Sooo..i really like the idea and gameplay of the new Lightning Coil skill and have been trying to come up with a build around it. there is a horrible pob made by me with lots of probably too expensive and rare gear to be even considered something like a league starter (and it doesnt have to be imo)

I took BL as a subsitute for LC in the chest armor

But lets break this down:

we are using inquisitor with mjölnir to automate shock novas from the hammer together with elemental prolif to spread shock which we then detonate through Lightning Conduit CoC and Cyclone

since we have 100% crit we always shock, so no need for inc chance to shock

Sadly Lighting Conduit adds its cast time to the CD of CoC when triggered

defensewise we are going LL with shavs to reserve more auras and using the ES reg vom inquis

again, this is a completely experimental pob, but i'd love some input on how to make this work (somehow)
