Hello everyone,

This is my first time coming up with a starter build, so please excuse any newbie mistakes. Lightning Conduit caught my eye and I figured I'd try building something around it.

My idea is to use storm brand with chains and overcharge for spreading shocks, combined with Inpulsa for better clear. Will have to check whether shock spread is more useful than chain. On bosses, chain will be replaced by culling strike.

Agnerod should be a decent starting point for a staff. Later on, I'll switch to a better rare staff and maybe a 6-link for Storm Brand, instead of Thunderfist. Trying to get a bunch of block on tree, without having to cap through Glancing Blows.

Also, I am not sure how much shock effect we need in order to consistently shock endgame bosses for 40-50%, so that needs more testing. Moreover, if the new crit nodes replacing Arcing Blows are strong, I'll try to tweak the tree.
