Building RF inquisitor build based on Pohx pob wish almost top gear.

With 62% RF damage buff, it should be around 6M DPS, also it's very tanky. Shadowstitch is very good in new league, also there will be much more armour and ES with new bases so it will be around 200k eHP. New Purity of elements grants full ailment immune, also consecrated ground now gives 75% curse effect reduction.
