You can fill out the gear with evasion/life base if you wish, weapons and such are all up to you. The usual from rares to cold points.

Lost about 10-15% damage from 3.15, but multiple things to make up for it from masteries and new keystones e.g. Ghost Dance. They can be swapped around as people see fit for the build.

Overall nerfs were a bit of an exaggeration as per the usual community knee jerk. However wouldn't mind someone pulling this apart and making it better, started to go a bit cross eyed :)
