• I simulated L88 worth of points by unspeccing a whole large cluster and some points. Could probably drop lower but meh.

• No awakened gems, only 20/20 regular gems used

• Inpulsa and the staff were both 6L but only 5 slots filled to simulate 5L, the staff was essentially a 2 mod item.

  • 5L Inpulsa is about 40c

  • 5L Battery Staff is 10c, you can either roll your own +3 Lightning Spells on it with metallic fossils or get one from trade

  • Max lightning roll Algor is going for 5c.

  • non-corrupted max roll inward eye 20c, corrupted 5c if you have the vaals to recolour

  • +1 amulet a few c, anoint oils (gold silver amber) about 40c worth.

• The anom gems in the PoB are because I was too lazy to try to find 20/20 regular versions. The overall benefit of Anom give you min/max and only adds a small benefit to offense/defense.

• The belt and boots are there for resistances mostly, you can probably get better for some essence spams and/or cheap.

• I have one large cluster setup -

  • Doryani's with 2 other notables which costs under an exalt in league. I could swap to Doryani's Invitation belt and use a different cluster in that spot to be even cheaper, once I fixed resistances.

  • a 2-notable medium with chilling presence is 10c, if you want a second decent notable it's 20c.

  • Enduring Composure 2 passive cluster costs 20c

  • Lone Messenger cluster costs 5c or so

In other words, I'm using about 3-4 exalts or so worth of gear and jewels give or take the boots. You can probably get away with less if you essence craft yourself or use Doryani's Invitation belt for leech.

This is almost the same build I used in 3.16 to clear mastermind, from there I sold the aisling and other crafts which allowed for upgrades.
