This is my 3.21 CWDT Omni Wardlooper

Notable changes in 3.21 was the addition of crucible trees with a node that has 25% increased cooldown recovery rate.

Unfortunately we lost the Flask mastery for Utility Flask charges gained and the lost the unique jewel for less flask effect back in 3.19. But the build still performs as well as ever.

I've farmed all the Ubers with this build. The build has no chaos res by design (forbidden right to help trigger loop), so Sirus is pretty annoying to do. Also Uber shaper is slow since you have to run around a lot. I have a mapping version of the build too that's way less DPS but way more QoL
