The changes to Wind Dancer means it is possible to reach evasion cap with just Grace and a Jade flask on a Raider. It will also be possible to get 100% spell suppression chance on the tree. This means that a Raider with Wind Dancer can get the same defenses as a pure evasion build without using any evasion gear.

It is possible to get capped evasion and spell suppression on other ascendencies, but you will need to use an evasion or hybrid evasion body armour with T1 spell suppression.
