Path of Exile [3.24] Int Stacking Wander

Today we have decided to revisit our Int Stacking Power Siphon build and see if it's still competitve in 3.24, we heavily upgraded the build in terms of damage, our clearing speed is amazing and the build can beat all Uber bosses given enough time thanks to it's tankiness, i'd still recommend trying this build despite the nerfs to Power Siphon damage.
