So I challenged myself to try to make Frost Bomb of Forthcoming functional. It was kind of functional and I'm a pretty poor bosser but I thought some people might be interested in the build.

The only interesting tech I found is that Annihilating Light snapshots, so if you cast and then weapon swap it will triple the damage. This video shows the difference in damage with and without weapon swapping:
