The BV build that took me to lvl 100 and 40/40 this league, and what a journey it was. I have min maxed it pretty well but there could still be some work done, but thats too much to ask without harvest levels of broken item making. This was my second build of the league and the only 100% madatory item is an explode chest, other than that everything has budget options.

Damage varies a lot based on mana spent, prob like 20-25mil is more realistic but hey gotta flex that pob right?

Build can easily swap into Blade Blast if you wanna delete bosses, i have a showcase of that on my channel if interested.
