First look at the new Unique Starcaller.

Starfall is considered as an attack, that can be scaled with projectile and AoE modifiers. This opens up some interesting scaling routes like with Point Blank for example. I can use typical Bow build medium cluster jewels like with Eye to Eye and Repeater. This helps to push the attack speed to match the trigger breakpoints.

To avoid the inconsistency of crit scaling (and because I really don’t like relying on tinctures), I went with Assassin for my ascendancy. It’s been a long time since I’ve played one, and Mistwalker’s Elusive bonus is still a joy to experience—fluid, fast, and very satisfying.

To reach the 7.58 breakpoint, you just need 14% inreased CDR. You can get this with just one of these:

Veiled Belt Suffix

Clockwork Forbidden Jewels

Influenced Boots suffix (shaper & crusader)

In my case, I took all of it to reach the 10.1 breakpoint, which requires a total of 52% increased CDR, so 30 (Forbidden Jewels) + 20 (Elevated boots) + 2 (Abyssal Jewel).

My boots also has 60% shock avoid, and plus the 40% from the very same Abyssal Jewel, I get ailment immunity with Stormshroud.

You could push more attack speed with a Haste Merc, but my PoB at level 100 already shows around 9.3 attacks per second. Since I’m using a Headhunter, I’m not in a rush to chase marginal speed gains. Anyways, you should be able to "complete" the setup by level 96, just enough to fill up the final medium cluster jewels.

For the time being, I'll be farming up some currency and see how far I can push this playstyle. After that, I’m looking forward to experimenting with the new Trarthus gems—no clue which ones I’ll start with yet, but it should be fun.
