My ADHD brain has caused me to jump build type, so I'm calling this an "exploratory endevour" to make myself feel better and to feel like a scientist.

Ball lightning is pretty sick with reduced projectile speed. no idea if it performs any better than a normal build with large aoe, but the quive now giving about 150% increased projectile damage probably helps. My budget is also fairly small at this point (don't look at the soul ascension) so I like the direction.

Perhaps a new, more reliable source of cast speed is needed for this to be a more popular thing.
