Wrapping up the League with a Wander to finish the Map Tiers for 38/40. Incredibly tanky (Deceptive since the numbers shown on PoB I feel is much much lower) Inspired by @BigDucks with some slight differences.

This build has pretty much been able to do anything thrown at it. The skill is also swappable with Kinetic Blast and it becomes insanely faster for clear but Fragmentation will win in Single Target.
