Anyone wanna try to optimize this bad boy. The arctic armor and + 25 spell block in config is to simulate the new tempest shield. Not too sure about mana, it might be a bit tight so getting mana or -mana cost on gear could be useful

The wand is pretty good but not that hard to craft with ilvl2 wand and an essence of anger.

It's also pretty easy to switch things around and go glancing blows

EDIT: Also this is hybrid life ES to eventually use Doryani Glorious vanity and swap ascendancy to essence glutton, not too sure about that either.
