This is a 3.25 Path of Exile build guide, based on HeroEvermore's Ice Crash Juggernaut! Huge huge shoutout to him for all the hard work he has done on making this skill viable and so fun. The build I describe in this video is my own variation of this, which is constantly evolving as I keep playing.

ICE CRASH the screen! Freeze everything, including bosses. If they can't be frozen, slow their action speed by 30% and melt them anyway. Now boasting 30mil DPS with a long runway for improvement.
