Welcome Exiles! I'm happy to introduce this build for Cyclone Cast on Critical Strike with Ice Spear skill into it which costs only 1 Divine Orb! We will use Occultist ascendancy. I was very impessed how good this build works without clusters, without very expensive items and all maximum level gems. I love the convenience of this build because you don't need to press a lot of buttons and everything is just dying on your game screen. After all, all mobs from the video were killed without Shrine Buffs to show the real power of the build (hello fastAF).
