The second of the league start testing builds. As these are done on new accounts with no stash tabs I am no longer going all the way to Atlas completion as it is a nightmare to monitor without a map tab. It will also allow me to test more builds

Pros:

Pretty Tanky for poor gear

Decent as an elemental melee character

Easy to build

Vaal LS makes essence farming very easy

Cons:

Clunky

Mediocre single target when Vaal LS is not up

Melee!!!!!!

Going to be Pretty Expensive to get Uber Elder/Maven done
