I really wanted to make use of the Master Surgeon and the Sorrow of the Divine Flask interaction so I tried to combo them with the Trialmaster shield.

Other than that, Master Surgeon's synergy with petrified blood inspired me to go Low Life and scale hit based chaos spell, therefore Forbidden Rite.
