Build Parameters - Voltaxic Burst Trickster, Self-cast, Power Charge Stacking, CI/Evasion/Spell Suppression, Overleech. 10-20mil dps

Stutter step cast while mapping, stack casts-in-waiting with a little duration for single target, lower cooldown Frostblink for mobility and debuff with Withering Step. Went Trickster for generic damage scaling and defenses to take an inevitable hit due to gaps in offense and melee range.

Been planning this for the last 2 leagues using some older posts here to try and make this work. Yes, I league started this and fully suffered before all the uniques came online, but now the build is 11div~ spent and I've gotten my 4 voidstones.

There's still upgrades I need to make to round out the defenses and squeeze even more damage out of this or maybe I can find new tech to incorporate, but the build progression has already pivoted like 3 times already such as leaning into the league ascendancy charms to cover missing stats so I can run Trickster's Soul Drinker instead of Spellbreaker.

I do plan on a larger more detailed write-up with a full showcase later on in a variety of other content and intend to take this to ubers like I did with Lightning Conduit Trickster that this build was repurposed from.
