Fairly simple setup with Inpulsa, dodge, ailment immunity.

Intention is to get the speed boost from Assassin and scale cast speed and crit instead of Archmage.

Gear is good but reasonable for SC

Probably works well with the new Frost Shield or Sigil of Power
