This will be my starter for the 3.25 "Settlers of Kalguur" Path of Exile league.

Since Raider is being deleted I've had to turn elsewhere for a continuation of a Shield Crush budget build, which can scale into the true endgame of PoE. The new league brings a lot of changes with it, but numbers look very promising and theres still a lot of room for improvement - or to put your personal mark on the build.
