A build that has great defence and movespeed, great clearspeed at a relatively low investment. With investment it can do all game content except from the hardest Uber bosses.

You will be vulnerable to physical hits, so your manual dodge skills have to be excellent, but since you have high evasion, are relatively fast and are doing damage over time it will be much easier to not get hit. This PoB is made mostly for softcore league in mind.

* Playstyle: Uses both Caustic Arrow and Toxic Rain against hard monsters - place the totems, cover area in caustic ground, then spam toxic rain as long as you can before taking damage or get some other reason to change character position, reapply CA every 3 seconds,

Use Caustic Arrow with Arrow Nova for huge AOE clear when mapping, then swap it out with Concentrated Effect versus hard bosses. (requires 1 white socket).
