Advanced setup to push even faster runs.

This setup survives flicker guard, but only without the 50% more monster damage affliction. I recommend normal Restless Ward instead of replica, as it is tankier and cheaper but only marginally slower. The low life setup is strong but swap only if you are comfortable losing 10-15% max hit.

New Lwarp tech using Impossible Escape and empower to get even lower duration than the standard setup.
