Have shared this build on here before in previous leagues but it's strongest at the moment in this Event league because you get a Void Battery for free

Build is about 50 Div budget, but I spent 10 or so of it doing Crest of Desire Double Corruptions.

Mechanics:

Discharge + Crest of Desire for high gem level to reduce chance of spending charges

Timetwist ring for reduced cooldown (+1 power charge ring or a nice rare Dusk Ring is better though)

Stack charges via Badge of the Brotherhood, 2x Void Batteries, Scavenger ascendency (another Void Battery!)

Aspect of the Cat (/w Less Duration and Swift Affliction) + Farrul's Furr to prod charges, stack cooldown/less duration to reduce Aspect of the Cat

Can't tank shit with this build but I seem okay blasting mobs from a distance and utilising its freeze. You can get Shrine Buff effect idols too to stack the Blundlemore ascendency node.
