A big shoutout to Diggz for giving the build and insisting I give it a try. This build blew away all my expectations and I am constantly at a loss when I play it on how strong it really is.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION*****

Wanted to post some important updates! Please Read

1. The Helmet DOES NOT NEED THE RMR ROLL! Since we convert all the skills and mana to life the RMR roll does nothing (this was my mistake ty for the community for correcting it)

2. On the shield - If you take Phys as Cold you can indeed take a freezing hit that will not stun you and can crit you. POE is one of those games that there is a lot of complicated interactions and I did not know this one. Big thank you to you guys in the comments for letting me know!

As far as the helmet goes knowing this information I would go as follows:

1. Get a base with fractured Item Rarity in the Prefix (if you want item rarity)

2. Craft on Chaos Resistance with essence of Envy

2B) If you dont want fractured Rarity I would get Fractured Chaos Resistance

3. While crafting suffixes look for Life Regen / % Regen, being Chieftan our resses are pretty awesome already so we dont need much outside of chaos

4. If you want Rarity Suffix look for that as well!

5. For the prefixes use Eldritch Currency to hit Life and Rarity (If you want rarity) then craft on Phys taken as fire!
