As you can see, you don't need half of this gear to instantly phase any Uber boss. This build was created solely to showcase the potential of the new Penance Brand of Dissipation. If you're looking for an efficient boss killer, I don't recommend investing that much; it's not worth it. With this type of gear, the damage will never reach its limit, as I can't even apply my curses to the boss before it undergoes an instant phase.
