Consider using a staff for ash (as well as some block), or polaric devastation if you're trying to min max the build.

I think you can put this build together for around 30-40 divines, been a while since I built it.

Misspoke a few times saying mace/scepter instead of staff but I'm sure you guys know what i mean.
