I've been trying to figure out how to make a tanky dom blow build and I've come up with this.

All the gear in this PoB is stuff I actually have on SSF barring a few things like the correct implicits and the lab enchant. I want to try and get this setup running before this league ends and test it against some ubers.

I've done uber shaper, eater, maven and cortex on this setup and the main problem is personal survivability. Despite being suppress capped, anything with elemental penetration ie shaper balls still chunk through half my hp when they hit. This made my uber uber elder attempts very difficult as the margin for error was very low. The damage conversion from TbW should alleviate this issue. Being able to run purity of fire may make uber exarch slightly easier too.

I'm very excited to get this setup running and wanted to share it!
