Due to passive tree changes this is just a rough outline of notables and gear without factoring in Mastery for the most part. Reservations assume that Faith and Steel counts for Energy Shield Mastery (for 25% Discipline Efficiency) otherwise drop Tempest Shield or spend a few points for Insightfulness/Unnatural Calm.
