I felt it was a little silly to cap your damage by going poison and all the sabo builds I saw were...shit. So I threw this together trying to make sure to keep the budget relatively low and putting a much bigger emphasis on defenses.

Leveled 98-99 doing sim 30s only, completely deathless and didn't even look at the mods.

Overall this build has decent speed with smoke mine since you don't need an enchant on your helm + One Step Ahead Forbidden Jewels, extremely solid defenses, especially for SC, omega-giga damage that isn't capped by going poison

The most expensive piece is the bow base, you will probably have to craft it yourself because all the poison boys want Magebane and there were no Global Damage + Iron Reflexes Explody bows on trade.

Outside of the bow base, this was probably the price of a Slavedriver's + Progenesis

Quiver was 5d

Ring is just res, fracture I bought for 1.5, then maybe 1d in harvest spam

Circle of Guilt was 1-2d

Boots+Gloves are just suppression, res and dex for more suppression + crafted Phys to Cold Prefix and influence. (you only need 25% on the influence if you get the cold wheel under Eldritch battery, and you can skip the Watcher's Eye)

Amulet was 1d+ suffix to prefix beast :)

Helmet was 50c Heatshiver +3d enchant

Belt is just chaos res, res + life, you could probably make money crafting for profit here.

Forbidden Flesh and Flame - One Step Ahead, absolutely criminally cheap. Gives you pseudo chill/freeze immunity and makes simulacrums so smooth

Glorious Vanity - 1d for 7400, gives me 10% phys to cold, a 1 point suppression node and another 2 point suppression node on the mana wheel which lets me get the 12% reservation mastery.

The Chest, I got VERY lucky and randomly saw it for 6d, sniped it and linked it for another 1.5d, my original plan was to go for a 4th Vow, but a good double corrupt is MUCH more expensive, and this gives me equal defensives and much more dmg.

How I crafted the bow.

Step 0, Influence it with redeemer exalt.

Step 1, Alt spam for phys to cold, regal/annul for clean prefixes (extremely easy)

Step 2, Cannot roll attack, slam for +1. It's like a 66% chance, if you hit frenzy just annul/go back to step 1, not a huge deal.

Step 3. Multi Mod, Craft Prefix, Lock Prefixes - Aisling

Step 4. We're looking for any source of Double Damage, preferably while focused since every uber will die in that window. You will want to block Attack Speed + Dex and Int. I'm pretty sure this step has a very high chance to hit but if you're unlucky just clean suffixes and go agane.

Watcher's Eye, I yoinked for 8div and threw maybe 3 for a decent roll. It's completely unnecessary, You can just get a cheap 2 mod one. Not even the Hatred mod is necessary as there's a cold wheel right next to EB. A ES Recovery mod is very comfy though.
